Sake and Sashimi at XIX

Cellar Selection Wednesday at XIX will feature Sake and Sashimi. From 5:30 to 7 p.m. Sommelier Richard Slutter guides guests through a themed tasting of five to six wines. Guests are then given the opportunity to test their wine knowledge with a blind tasting of the wines they just sampled. The person with the most correct answers wins a prize!
