According to Rick, although they'll be grilling Monday, the GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION will be on Thursday, June 25. Another famous Philadelphian, Ken Kweder will be providing music, Al Roker is scheduled to stop by and cook up a few steaks as well as the gov, Ed Rendell.
